We do not use a fixed rate card. When you enter your delivery address at checkout we request live rates from the carriers for the actual weight and dimensions of your order, and show you every option with its price and delivery estimate. What you see is what you are charged — there is no shipping surcharge added afterwards.
Rates therefore depend on where the order is going, how heavy and bulky it is, and how fast you need it. A small order within the province costs considerably less than a pallet going to the territories.
Store pickup is always free — choose it at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.
For orders over $250, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your supplies.
Some oversized or heavy items may require special freight shipping. You will be contacted if additional shipping charges apply to your order.
